That’s very kind of you! A lot of time and effort went into this particular piece and I was surprised by how it turned out. Though it’s not perfect, it’s the one I’m proudest of so far. To me it represents what I can do when I focus my energies.
I remember have to draw still lifes in college. It can be killer because the subject is never interesting enough to keep your attention for 6 hours that it deserves.
Keep it up though, you are doing a great job!
Wow, impressive! Your art has really evolved into wonderful talent.
Do you still go by Buddhafulkat?
Thank you for your kind comment. Even though it’s not perfect, I’m happy with how this piece turned out and for me it represents hard work.
Though I will always have a soft spot for Buddha and his happy belly, I’ve outgrown that blog and name. I felt a bit limited by the unintended religious associations went with that name. Though I have a fondness for most things Buddha, I was never officially a practicing Buddhist and I think that was confusing for people who visited that blog.

Aww thanks!
Is this your work? It is lovely! I love the shadowing in the flowers.
Thanks for commenting! To answer your question, yes this was a final assignment last semester.
You are very talented. I love the realism.
